Living with Water Poverty Research Report 2014
In October 2014 we held a seminar to discuss the findings of the research with water companies and other stakeholders. As a result of this seminar the following recommendations were identified and we have been working with companies to ensure these are implemented.
Struggling households are still missing out on vital support with paying their water bill despite more help being offered by water companies, the Consumer Council for Water has revealed.
