Expectations of The Consumer Council for Water

This research was undertaken to determine if CCWater’s Forward Work Programmes and key themes were still in line with consumers’ expectations. It repeated 2 earlier research projects carried out in 2004 and 2005 when CCWater was being set up when we asked consumers what our priorities should be and how we should carry out our work. The recent research mirrored the earlier projects with qualitative research and was carried out between 30 April and 15 June 2012.
