Customer views on the enforcement system used in the water industry; CCWater July 2009

Eight focus groups were held in parts of England and Wales.  Participants discussed the enforcement options which are used when water companies fail to meet regulatory or legal requirements and the appropriate course of action for each of several types of failing.
