CCWater response to Ofwat’s Service Incentive Mechanism 2015 and beyond consultation
This consultation asked for views on how the SIM should evolve following the introduction of market reform. Our response calls for the SIM to have higher penalties and incentives, or at least use the full range of the existing penalties and incentives, a stronger weighting of the qualitative survey and the penalty and incentive to be applied to the retail and wholesale elements of the industry.
