If you’ve done this but are still unhappy with your water supply and sewerage company, contact us using the details below:

Call us on 0300 034 2222 in England or 0300 034 3333 in Wales (8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). Calls may be recorded for training and quality monitoring purposes.
