Through the UK Regulators Network (UKRN), the Consumer Council for Water, Financial Conduct Authority, Ofcom, Ofgem, and Ofwat have developed performance scorecards to show how each industry is performing on the level of service in key areas.
We have partnered with the water regulator, Ofwat, to develop a performance scorecard within the water industry. The scorecard shows information on:
- Customer satisfaction and likelihood to recommend their water or sewerage supplier,
- The volume of customer complaints; and
- Customer perception of whether they receive value for money.
The data comes from our latest ‘Household complaints to water companies in England and Wales‘ and ‘Water Matters‘ research reports.
