Are you looking for help and advice regarding your water company, or you need to make a complaint? Follow our complaints process.
To update an existing complaint, or add new information such as company correspondence, please contact your caseworker on their direct line or by reply to their email. If we haven’t assigned you a caseworker yet, please reply to the email we sent acknowledging receipt of your complaint.
