Non-household customers based in Wales will have to use at least 50 million litres of water a year to switch their water retailer.  Many non-household customers, including businesses, local authorities, charities and public sector organisations based in Wales will be serviced by one of the two companies operating in Wales; Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and Hafren Dyfrdwy .

Customers who pay a landlord for their water won’t be able to shop around regardless of their level of consumption.
