We’re currently looking for Senior Customer Caseworkers to join our Consumer Relations Team, based in Birmingham. You will be a customer focused, experienced complaint handler with excellent organisation and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to use their relevant experience of working in an office based complaints environment, investigating complaints and enquiries daily, in order to deliver our mission of securing a fair deal for water consumers, now and in the future.
