Here at the Consumer Council for Water we have an opportunity for a Customer Caseworker to support our Consumer Relations team. Along with excellent communication and organisation skills, you will be expected to use your proven complaint handling and customer services experience to deal with enquiries and manage your own caseload of complaints in order to deliver our aim of securing the best outcomes for all water consumers – present and future.
The Consumer Council for Water represents the interests of customers of the water and sewerage companies in England and Wales in relation to price, service, and value for money.
