Contacting us over Christmas
Our consumer relations team will be wrapping up for a festive break on Christmas Eve with our lines closing at 5pm.
The team will be back to answer your calls from 8.30am on Wednesday 29 December.
Below you’ll find the times our team will be available to respond to calls over the festive period:
- Christmas Eve 8.30am to 5pm
- Christmas Day to Tuesday 28th December CLOSED.
- Wednesday 29 December 8.30am to 5pm
- Thursday 30 December 8.30am to 5pm
- New Year’s Eve 8.30am to 5pm
- Monday 3 January CLOSED
- Tuesday 4 January Normal office hours resume
