UPDATED: Covid-19 support for business customers extended

Measures to help business customers that are struggling to pay their water bills after being hit in the pocket by the pandemic have been extended.

The option to take out a repayment scheme should now be available to all businesses in England that can evidence their finances have been impacted by Covid-19 until the end of July 2021.

Businesses should approach their water retailer if they’re based in England to agree a plan. Customers in Wales should speak to their water company to find our what support is available.
