Giving business customers the chance to have their say about the retail water market will top the agenda when we hold our next business customer meeting in Birmingham on Thursday (24 October).
We will be showcasing plans to launch an online one-stop shop for all the latest news, views and insights from the non-household market.
Plans for the online business hub, which will launch later this year, will include industry research, case studies as well as a LinkedIn group providing participants with the opportunity to have their say on the topics that matter to them.
It is hoped the hub will also help businesses make a more informed choice when they’re shopping around for a better water deal.
The meeting will also provide business customers with the opportunity to put their questions to our guests, including market operator MOSL and regulator Ofwat. We’ll be discussing all the latest developments within the market, including efforts to improve the interaction between retailers and wholesalers.
