Today we are delighted to publish our Forward Work Programme for 2018-19, which sets out our work priorities for the next three years.
Our aim is to secure the best outcomes for all water consumers – present and future – and the FWP provides the blueprint for how we intend to achieve this.
Over the next three years consumers in England and Wales can rely on us to be a strong advocate for affordable charges that are seen to be value for money.
We’ll also continue to challenge companies to get their service right first time and protect household and business consumers when things go wrong.
Other priorities will include pressing companies to provide safe, reliable water and wastewater services that all households and businesses can trust now and in the long term.
