Today we’ve published our draft Forward Work Programme which maps out how we intend to represent the interests of water consumers in England and Wales over the next three years.
It’s vital our work is focused on the issues that matter most to consumers, particularly as we enter another period of transition for the water industry.
Protecting consumers affected by the launch of the new non-household retail water market in England in April 2017 and the emerging challenges of the next price review in 2019 will dominate our thoughts and workload.
We would love to hear your views on our blueprint for the next three years which will help us to ensure we keep consumers’ interests at the heart of the big decisions and changes facing the sector.
You can provide your feedback on our FWP right up until the closing date on January 11, 2016.
