Water companies serving people in London and the South East are set to be quizzed by CCWater on the number of complaints they’ve received from customers.
Senior representatives from the region’s six water companies will also be challenged to explain what they are doing to tackle customers’ biggest gripes with their service when the watchdog’s regional committee meets in London on Thursday, November 12.
The meeting will be chaired by Sir Tony Redmond (pictured)
Consumers will have the chance to voice their own concerns during the meeting, which starts at 2pm in Mary Sumner House on Tufton Street, London.
