The performance of water companies on behalf of customers in central and eastern England will come under the spotlight at a consumer watchdog’s public meeting next week.

The Consumer Council for Water’s Central and Eastern Committee will be questioning water company representatives on behalf of customers at its meeting in Cambridge on Tuesday, September 23.

There will also be an opportunity for water customers to voice their own specific issues or concerns with their water or sewerage services during a listening session early in the meeting.

Water companies will be given the chance to showcase some of the good news stories they have delivered for customers.

The meeting starts at 12.45pm in Cambridge Central Library, 7 Lion Yard, Cambridge and anyone interested in attending is asked to confirm in advance by emailing [email protected]
