WATER WATCHDOG QUIZZES COMPANIES
The Consumer Council for Water London and South Eastern Committee is inviting members of the public to its next meeting on: Thursday 18th October 2012 Starts: 10.30am Large Common Room Goodenough College Mecklenburgh Square London WC1N 2AB
The water watchdog will be examining local water companies’ performance and questioning them on complaint handling and the current levels of debt and non payment.
The Consumer Council for Water London and South East represents customers of Thames Water, Southern Water, Portsmouth Water, South East Water, Sutton and East Surrey Water and Affinity Water.
David Bland, Chair of the Consumer Council for Water’s London and South East Committee, said: “These public meetings are one way in which we can highlight consumers’ concerns and challenge companies to take meaningful action to improve service for water consumers.”
