Central and Eastern region
CCW Central and Eastern region represents consumers of Severn Trent Water, South Staffordshire Water, Anglian Water, Cambridge Water, and Essex & Suffolk Water

Our work in the Central and Eastern region is led by Senior Policy Manager, Christina Blackwell.
Christina has over 15 years’ experience in the water industry and has worked for CCW since 2009. In addition to leading the Central and Eastern region, Christina heads up our Business Retail Market Team which works to deliver a water and sewerage retail market that benefits all business customers, public sector organisations and charities in England and large business customers in Wales. The team gather evidence on customers’ experience of the retail market from complaints, research, and direct customer contact to ensure the voice of the customer is heard in developments and changes in the business retail market.
Local Consumer Advocates
The Central and Eastern team work with Local Consumer Advocates (LCAs). They are a customer of at least one of the water companies in the Central and Eastern region and their work is focused on the services provided by water companies in this area. Find out more about the LCAs and who they are in this region.
