The Consumer Council for Water (CCWater) has a statutory duty to represent consumers’ interests.  We have knowledge of water and sewerage companies’ policies and procedures.

We look at the facts of your complaint and ask the right questions to decide what is fair in each case, and we may be able help to get companies to reconsider their actions or decisions.
