Your Water, your way.
Our last Committee Meeting for England was held virtually for anyone who wishes to attend on 1 October 2021.
The recently published Independent Affordability Review provides recommendations on how the water sector could better communicate available support to consumers who need it most – including those aged under 25 or over 75, customers from minority ethnic communities, or those who are digitally excluded.
At this meeting, we invited a range of speakers to explore how the water industry can better engage with these communities. By sharing insight, experience and best practice from organisations who work towards breaking those engagement barriers, we aim to inspire meaningful action and visible improvement in how we make support and services in our sector accessible to all.
Our panel of speakers:
- GottaBe! Ethnic
- Money and Mental Health Policy Institute
- Sheffield Hallam University
- Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council
- size: 0.28MB
