Our research gives us a solid foundation on which to build a case for consumers at all levels within the water industry and Government.

We consult widely on our research proposals, working in partnership on industry wide collaborative research and publish all our findings.

Our research keeps us in touch with consumers and provides a method for them to communicate their main concerns.
