Make a complaint
Please follow our complaints process if you need to make a complaint or looking for help and advice regarding your water company. For existing complaints, please contact your caseworker directly or reply to their email. If we haven’t assigned you a caseworker yet, please reply to the email we sent acknowledging receipt of your complaint.
Postal deliveries: Please keep in mind that our offices are closed on weekends and bank holidays and that we are unable to accept special postal deliveries.
