Three quarters of water customers in England and Wales believe they are now getting value for money from their water company.
That was one of the key findings to emerge from our latest Water Matters survey of customers’ views on their water and sewerage services.
It is the first time satisfaction with value for money has increased for four years, although it remains too early to say whether there has been a permanent shift in customers’ opinion.
The report also revealed that customers’ satisfaction with their water supply (94 per cent) and sewerage services (91 per cent) remains very high.
